All shipping will be charged at $10.95 AUD flat rate unless otherwise specified on the individual product page.
For international orders, please contact us for a custom quotation.
Note, that we ship all pieces Standard (not expediated) as this is both more economical and environmentally conscientious (a whooping 35% based on the Quantis International 2018 Report ‘Measuring Fashion’).
Once shipped, we take no responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
We reserve the right to change, edit and/or cancel order(s) resulting from administrative errors.
‘Return to Sender’ parcel(s) will incur extra shipping costs to be resent as we take no responsibility for incorrect addresses being provided, missed delivery attempts or situations which are out of SIRKEL KIDS’ reasonable control.

All pieces sold by SIRKEL KIDS are sold “as is”.
SIRKEL KIDS endeavour to describe each well loved piece along with any noticeable wear and tear on each product page. SIRKEL KIDS ensure that we vet and select quality pieces that still have love to give! Note that pre-loved pieces generally show some signs of wear. However, this is generally reflected in the pricing below RRP.
If an item does not fit or you have changed your mind after receiving your pieces, we will offer store credit for the same value of the piece. Please ensure that you have proof of purchase when doing so and you notify us within 5 days of delivery date. Store credits to be used within 6 months of issue date.
Please note, we do not provide postage for any items that you wish to refund.
All returned items will need to be generally in the condition that it was sold
If you have received a ‘defective’ item that is vastly different from the description or photos provided, please get in contact with us.
